CARE TEAM ministry

What does the Care Team do? They call, send cards or visit members of the congregation at least monthly, who are homebound or in facilities and would like to hear from someone at the church. They meet quarterly to discuss updates and make care receiver assignments. Their ministry includes sending cards to family members of deceased persons, to people in hospitals and to those who are homebound. They put together baby baskets for new mothers, have a prayer shawl ministry and have breast pillows available for those undergoing breast cancer or heart surgery. And they keep-up with the Care Notes, The Upper Room and Our Daily Bread devotional booklets available at the Welcome Center.

that prays for the needs of the congregation and beyond. For more information about the St. Stephen's Care Team, please contact the church office.
