A group of folks who like to crochet and who have a heart for people who may be hurting have come together to create prayer shawls for any church member who is in the hospital or seriously ill. They pray over the shawls while they are making them and they are given as a reminder that they are in prayers of folks in the church who love them. 

The prayer shawl ministry is in the beginning stage and they would love to have people join them. They meet from 1:00-3:00 in room 20. Shawls are either knitted or crochet.
